Terion

As electricity consumption is expected to double by 2045, existing grid infrastructure will face significant strain, requiring trillions in investments. Terion addresses this by developing AI-powered software that optimizes energy use in real-time, aligning consumption with renewable energy availability. This makes buildings flexible energy consumers, reducing grid pressure and promoting sustainability while remaining cost-effective. Terion offers its solutions via API to energy management system providers, enhancing their services and positioning the company at the forefront of the growing smart energy management market.

Currently in the testing phase, Terion is pre-revenue and focusing on refining their product. The company aims to partner with more buildings to thoroughly test their solutions before launching in early 2025. Notably, Terion has signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) with NorthQ, DTU Science Park, and Nordomatic, who will facilitate valuable testing opportunities. Additionally, Terion has participated in the Antler co-founding program and is a member of Proptech Denmark, further strengthening their position in the industry.

Terion are looking for two candidates with experience in industrials, construction & properties, and energy sectors, particularly in areas such as commercial real estate, smart grids, industrial automation, green building, and PropTech. Candidates should have expertise in funding, business development, go-to-market strategies, and sales, along with strong investor relations networks and proven strategies for market penetration.

Baibys

Baibys™ has developed a medical device called the Console, which automates sperm selection for IVF using machine vision technology. This device significantly reduces the time and effort required by embryologists, improving accuracy and consistency in selecting the healthiest sperm for fertilization. By standardizing the process, Baibys™ aims to increase IVF success rates and lower the risk of birth defects. The device will also make sperm selection more affordable, cutting costs from $1,000 to around $300 per cycle. With Class 1 CE Mark Classification expected by October 2024, Baibys™ plans to begin sales in Europe soon after

FDA approval is expected by Q3 2025 for U.S. expansion. They’ve attracted interest from IVF clinics across Europe and project $42M in revenue and $36M EBITDA by 2028. The company has raised $2M in pre-seed funding and secured $1.7M in grants from the Israel Innovation Authority.

Baibys™ is raising a $5M round, with $3.9M already secured from VCs and a strategic investor, ROHTO. Their pre-money valuation is $9M, and CVX has an allocation of up to $250k, with a minimum ticket size of $5k. With a $250k monthly burn rate, they have a runway until January 2025, extended to July 2025 with the remaining funds​

Neurawave

Neurawave, a Swedish company, is developing the world’s first AI-powered migraine relief device using E-TNS technology. Designed for convenient use on the forehead, the device offers a non-invasive, personalized treatment alternative to medication, which may lose effectiveness over time. In addition to alleviating migraines, the device includes predictive features to help prevent attacks. With migraines being a widespread public health issue, Neurawave aims to empower individuals to manage their condition more effectively, even on the go.

Neurawave is currently pre-revenue and preparing to launch its AI-powered migraine relief device. After raising capital and securing soft funding, they have finalized the prototype and conducted clinical studies to validate the product. The next steps focus on refining the user experience (UX) design and conducting further testing. Following this, Neurawave will proceed with certification and gather customer feedback to enhance the device, aiming to build a loyal customer base and reach a broader audience of migraine sufferers.
 

Neurawave are looking for two candidates with experience in Life Sciences, particularly within the fields of medical devices and healthcare. Ideal candidates should have strong competencies in AI and machine learning, product development, R&D, and research. Additionally, expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and access to a network of funding and investors will be highly valuable for driving the company’s growth and innovation.

Freedrum

Freedrum offers digital music lessons for drummers through its platform, Freedrum Studio. Users can connect their electronic drum kit or use Freedrum’s specialized drumsticks to play virtually, with sound delivered through headphones. This creates an accessible and engaging learning experience for drummers of all levels, without the need for a traditional drum set. Freedrum stands out for its proprietary drumsticks, allowing users to immerse themselves in virtual drumming and improve their skills. Operating on a SaaS model, Freedrum provides direct-to-consumer lessons and a B2B solution for music schools and teachers, aiming to revolutionize music education by combining technology with practical learning experiences.

In 2023, Freedrum generated SEK 6.0 million in revenue, primarily from their direct-to-consumer model. In 2024, they project a revenue of SEK 1.55 million, reflecting a strategic shift towards the B2B market, targeting music schools and educators to establish long-term partnerships. Freedrum has also partnered with Amazon, expanding their distribution channel and enhancing global market visibility.

Freedrum are looking for candidates with experience in Experiences & Entertainment or Gaming & Virtual Reality. Ideal candidates should have a background in Consumer Goods & Lifestyle or Marketing, particularly in areas such as content creation, digital marketing, and social media marketing. Additionally, experience with game streaming platforms or marketing analytics is highly valued. Competence in sales strategy development, scalability, and expertise in digital and social media marketing are also key requirements.

Omnigaze

OmniGaze is an AI-driven platform designed to improve IT management and reduce costs by over 20%, while addressing security and compliance risks. It offers tools for Digital Ecosystem Management, enabling collaboration between C-suite executives, IT managers, and architects. The platform integrates with systems like Microsoft, ServiceNow, and LeanIX, providing real-time visibility into applications and infrastructure. Key features include automated discovery, lifecycle management, optimization, 3D visualizations, and AI-powered anomaly detection, helping organizations manage IT resources efficiently and adopt sustainable practices.

Since its 2021 launch, OmniGaze has become established in IT management, generating DKK 2.3M in its first year and projecting DKK 5M in revenue for the current year. The company focuses on continuous innovation and meeting business needs while demonstrating financial strength through consistent revenue growth, zero debt, and high profit margins. OmniGaze’s deal sizes range from DKK 330,000 to DKK 825,000 in annual recurring revenue (ARR) per deal, supported by efficient operations and strategic pricing.

OmniGaze is looking for candidates with experience in data technology, finance, marketing, and cloud computing. Ideal candidates should have competencies in AI & machine learning, funding, internationalization, and scalability. The focus is on supporting the company’s growth and strategic direction.

Khloé

Khloe Tech is a beauty technology venture that combines AR technology with physical innovation to transform the nail care industry. Through their 3D nail printer for salons and virtual try-on nails app for end-users, Khloe Tech allows customers to experiment with different nail designs in real-time. This empowers users to visualize nail aesthetics from the comfort of their homes, bridging the gap between imagination and reality. The venture is led by seasoned entrepreneurs and aims to revolutionize the nail industry by turning transactional customers into long-term stakeholders.

Khloé is seeking a candidate with expertise in business development, market research, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal individual will have a track record of securing funding, preparing companies for investment, and building strong investor networks. Additionally, experience in digital and social media is essential, with the ability to effectively use online platforms to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. EDGE is an Norwegian AI-powered B2B Sales Intelligence platform designed to help businesses engage with customers more effectively. With access to over 30 million companies, 1 billion person records, and various data sources, EDGE delivers actionable insights and personalized buyer signals. By utilizing AI-driven insights, the platform helps businesses identify quality leads, enhance customer relationships, and streamline their sales processes, allowing them to stay competitive and grow.

EDGE has built a strong foundation through strategic partnerships, securing GDPR-compliant B2B data from providers like People Data Labs and collaborating with YBE, a top B2B sales agency, for market access and sales expertise. With NOK 1.2M in funding from angel investors, they are set to accelerate growth under a flexible B2B SaaS model. Since Q2 2024, EDGE has completed market research, R&D, and MVP development, and is now preparing for their MVP launch in Q4 2024, with a full product launch planned for Q1 2025.

Edge is looking for two candidates with strong experience in Data Technology, Marketing, and B2B SaaS. The ideal candidates will excel in Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and Go-to-Market strategies, helping to drive business growth and market expansion. Additionally, expertise in Legal and GDPR compliance is essential to ensure operations meet regulatory standards. Candidates should also have a deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, User Experience Design, and Scalability, contributing to innovative product development and seamless user experiences. This combination of skills will be key to advancing Edge’s strategic goals.
