Joakim Herrestrup, Head of Partner Relations
Hello.
My name is Joakim and I’m Head of Partner Relations. I am responsible for leading our Partner Relations team and for building, maintaining and strengthening partnerships and relationships between our company and its partners.
Background
I have a strong background in sales, marketing and finance with a degree from Copenhagen Business School. Both as a self-employed and employed person, I have had many interfaces with people and sales. In addition, I have worked a lot with complex solutions that require in-depth knowledge, as well as basic products and services.
Highlight
The best part of my job is the opportunity to connect the right people and companies with something I’ve essentially done by nature throughout my life.
In addition, I enjoy having a sharp and competent team under my wing, which I thrive on developing and making even more successful. In addition, I enjoy being able to constantly optimize processes and thrive on a lot of change and customization, which CVX has a great environment for.
The casual side of corporate
Outside of the business world, I sometimes enjoy being able to unwind, far away from the constant push and pull of everyday life. Long hikes or just getting out into nature are good examples.
I’m a bit of a secret nerd and also spend a fair amount of time reading non-fiction books on topics I don’t know much about beforehand.
