CVX focuses primarily on seed and series A-stage companies with a valuation between DKK 10 million and DKK 200 million. Our average investment amount is DKK 3 million, but we have previously invested amounts as small as DKK 100,000 and up to DKK 15 million.

CVX is open to investing in growth companies at different stages as long as they have a strong team and significant potential. However, our primary interest lies within the seed and Series A phases, specifically in companies with a valuation between DKK 10 million and DKK 200 million.
Yes, CVX charges a fee of between 5-8% of the invested capital. This fee includes a warrant agreement that allows us to convert our fee into shares in the company at the same valuation as the current investment round.
No, CVX does not pass on the contact details of our partners directly. However, you can get the opportunity to meet them in person at our pitching events and during the Q&A sessions that follow.
