I Danmark er vi gode, men vi kan blive meget bedre. Vi har et uforl\u00f8st potentiale i det relativt mindre antal af kvinder i iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tteri. Tal fra den \u00e5rlige start-up rapport af TINYpulse viser, at v\u00e6kstvirksomheder med en v\u00e6kst p\u00e5 over 200% er 75% mere sandsynlige til at have en kvinde i spidsen. Kvinder bidrager ogs\u00e5 relativt mere til l\u00f8sningen af b\u00e6redygtige problematikker, hvor kvinder f.eks. er 17% mere sandsynlige til at starte et socialt start-up og 23% mere sandsynlige til at starte et sustainability start-up end m\u00e6nd.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der har v\u00e6ret snak og initiativer, der skal sikre, at flere kvinder skulle blive iv\u00e6rks\u00e6ttere. Problemet er dog, at snak og sm\u00e5-initiativer ikke har v\u00e6ret nok til at give det n\u00f8dvendige skub for at f\u00e5 kvinderne ud over rampen og ind i iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tteri. Tal fra CVX (Copenhagen Venture Exchange), der er Danmarks f\u00f8rende platform for private investorer og v\u00e6kstvirksomheder, viser, at antallet af v\u00e6kstvirksomheder med en kvindelig direkt\u00f8r, som s\u00f8ger kapital og kompetencer kun er 12% i forhold til virksomheder med mandlige direkt\u00f8rer. Der tegner sig dermed et billede af en branche, hvor m\u00e6nd f\u00e5r mere st\u00f8tte til deres v\u00e6kstvirksomheder eftersom kvinderne enten ikke er der eller ikke ans\u00f8ger.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En ny iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tterkultur<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er vigtigt, at kvinder t\u00f8r tage mod til at tage det f\u00f8rste skridt, ogs\u00e5 selvom de stadig er unge. If\u00f8lge Dansk Erhverv, er is\u00e6r unge kvinder mellem 18 og 34 bange for, at deres nye virksomhed ikke bliver en succes og frav\u00e6lger derfor iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tteri. Selvom der ikke er nogen garanti for succes som iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tter, s\u00e5 er det umuligt at f\u00e5 succes medmindre man tager springet. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Yderligere er det problematisk, at iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tterne fra L\u00f8vens Hule bliver idoliseret og fungerer som benchmarket for succes. Det skal g\u00f8res helt klart, at ogs\u00e5 de mindre \u201csuccesfulde\u201d og mindre seervenlige iv\u00e6rks\u00e6ttere sagtens kan v\u00e6re succesfulde. Alle kan til en vis grad f\u00f8le sig succesfulde, fordi de t\u00f8r tage springet, risikere deres levebr\u00f8d og udleve deres dr\u00f8mme. Der er ikke noget galt i at fejle. Der er derimod noget galt i ikke at fejle, fordi man ikke t\u00f8r tage springet. Vi er som samfund uden tvivl g\u00e5et glip af en masse gode v\u00e6rdiskabende ideer og virksomheder, fordi nogle kvinder har v\u00e6ret bange for ikke at leve op til deres definition p\u00e5 succes. Det er ikke ideelt, og vi skal blive blive bedre til at tilskynde iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tteri og mere specifikt kvindeligt iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tteri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D\u00e5rligt kl\u00e6dt p\u00e5<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En anden \u00e5rsag til kvinders manglende iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tteri er, at de ikke f\u00f8ler sig godt nok kl\u00e6dt p\u00e5, og f\u00f8ler, at de mangler de n\u00f8dvendige kompetencer. If\u00f8lge Dansk Erhverv er det hele 27% af kvinder, der frav\u00e6lger iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tteri, fordi de ikke f\u00f8ler sig kl\u00e6dt p\u00e5 til det. Kvinder skal holde op med at betvivle deres egne kompetencer og deres egne id\u00e9er. Ideerne er mindst lige s\u00e5 gode som m\u00e6ndenes. Hos CVX har vi haft flere st\u00e6rke v\u00e6kstvirksomheder skabt af kvinder, som b\u00e5de har modtaget investering og kompetencer. Det skal dog pointeres, at manglende selvtillid ikke er hele problemet. Der er desv\u00e6rre stadig en r\u00e6kke bias og institutionelle problematikker, der medf\u00f8rer, at kvinder ikke bliver taget lige s\u00e5 seri\u00f8st som m\u00e6nd. Det er derfor vigtigt, at vi giver iv\u00e6rks\u00e6ttere de foruds\u00e6ttende v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer, ressourcer og relationer, der er n\u00f8dvendige for at blive succesfulde i industrien, men ogs\u00e5, at vi som samfund bliver bedre til at anerkende iv\u00e6rks\u00e6ttere som erhverv, hvilket vil kunne skabe st\u00f8rre social og \u00f8konomisk sikkerhed som resultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvinders rolle og kompetencer som iv\u00e6rks\u00e6ttere er i l\u00e6ngere tid blevet marginaliseret og overset. Dette er en skam, fordi statistikken viser, at kvinder oftest er bedre end m\u00e6nd inden for iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tteri. Vi b\u00f8r derfor alle sammen g\u00f8re vores absolut bedste for at opfordre og st\u00f8tte iv\u00e6rks\u00e6tteri &#8211; og s\u00e6rligt kvindelige iv\u00e6rks\u00e6ttere.
